I've done three "presses" now and feel confident I can press 12 TBLs of flax oil from 2 Cups of Seed (follow PITEBA's procedure precisely for pressing flax seed). The hand cranking gives you a bit of a work out, but I couldn't not justify spending $500 - $600 on a motorized press and I like the idea of pressing more frequently and always having fresh oil.
